El dia 9 d’agost es commemora el Dia Mundial del Coworking, que és el sistema de treball que implica la coexistència de diversos professionals en una mateixa instal·lació. –Avui se celebra el Dia Mundial del Coworking. Què posa en relleu aquesta jornada?

–És una jornada per visualitzar una modalitat de treball que remarca tot allò de bo que té compartir espai amb tota mena de perfils i dels avantatges, tant materials com professionals, que aquest fet comporta per a les persones que treballen en un espai de coworking: des d’una reducció de les despeses estructurals de la teva empresa, fins a trobar socis, proveïdors o clients entre els teus companys d’espai. També destaca que aquestes instal·lacions no són només una bona oportunitat per un millor rendiment professional, sinó que també són bons per la socialització de persones que engeguen el seu projecte de forma autònoma.

–Aviat celebraran el segon aniversari. Quina pensa que ha estat l’evolució d’aquest espai?

–Vam obrir l’any 2020, justament enmig de la pandèmia de la covid. Així que us podeu imaginar com n’estàvem de preocupats que, en un moment de minimització de les interaccions socials, un projecte com el nostre d’espai compartit, no funcionés. Però lluny d’això, vam veure que la pandèmia va fer que tothom es replantegés coses del seu projecte professional: empreses molt consolidades que amb el teletreball es qüestionaven si calia mantenir unes oficines tan grans; autònoms que volien deixar de treballar a casa perquè necessitaven més interacció social; professionals que treballen a casa però necessiten un sala de reunions de forma puntual; persones de fora que van veure en Andorra un país segur on traslladar-s’hi a viure i a treballar… Avui, malgrat la pandèmia, som on volíem ser: un espai de coworking de referència al país amb tota mena de perfils professionals i amb una comunitat d’emprenedoria que creix i es consolida. Volem refermar aquests objectius.
